Monorom Property & Residence Co., Ltd. is a local company specializes in analyzing the trends of property & real estate business transaction, and developing and re-developing land, home, apartment, and condominium for sell in Cambodia. It was established and officially registered in 2014, founded by a group of 3 successful businessman and with experienced in real estate business for years, and willingness in scaling up and fulfill their ambitiously perspectives to see their city, as well as country progressively developed.

• We offer our customer and partner the comprehensive consultation and professionally support services in related to buying and selling, and re-selling properties located in city and economic zones of Cambodia, including land, house, apartment, hotel, and condominium.
• We work in partnership with foreign investor, and act as their representative to buy, sell, and manage the property for them.
• We develop land and construct home, apartment, hotel, boutiques, and condominium for sale and rent in Phnom Penh city, and other main towns in Cambodia like Siem Reap, Preah Seyhaknouk, Kampong Cham, and Kampot.

• A 7 floors of Monorom Office Building in BKK I of Phnom Penh (dynamic Zone) is developed, to be commenced from 2015 and finished in 2016.
• A 20 floors of condominium located in BKK II of Phnom Penh (dynamic zone) is developed, to be commenced from 2015 and finished in 2017.
• A 25 floors of condominium located in Toul Kork of Phnom Penh (dynamic zone) is developed, to be commenced from 2015 and finished in 2018.
• A 27 floors of condominium located in BKK of Phnom Penh (dynamic zone) is developed, to be started from 2016 and finished in 2020.
